Paul White Ltd is now trading as Budget Greeting Cards Ltd from our three branches in Leeds, Nottingham and Gateshead. We supply greeting cards, stationery, gifts, foil and latex balloons, gifts, gift wrap and much more directly to the trade. If you run a business, resell goods to the public, are a charity or sell online you could be eligible to shop at trade prices in our cash and carry branches.

Complete the form below to request membership to shop in-store; if you can add a link to your selling/business website or Facebook page we should be able to authorise your membership within 2 business days. If we need any more information to complete your application we'll get in touch very soon. Once you've received your confirmation of membership you can come along to any branch and start shopping.

If you visit the branch before you've received confirmation of your membership please take along some proof of trade and we can set up your membership and verify your trade status before you start shopping.

Terms of trade for shopping in branch once accepted as member:

The minimum transaction value is £40+VAT
Payment for goods it at time of purchase and only via cash or card (business card payments will attract a surcharge)
Memberships cannot be transferred or used for personal shopping

By applying for membership of Budget Greeting Cards Ltd (BGC) you accept that all sales are made on a business-to-business basis. BGC’s refund and return policy will apply, this can be found online at bgcwholesale.com. We cannot exchange or refund goods bought by customers in error. We do not offer sale or return, and all damages must be returned within 30 days with a valid invoice, after 30 days we are unable to complete refunds.

Every branch has a massive range of greeting cards to suit all budgets and all tastes. Every occasion is catered for with Birthdays, Anniversaries, Sympathy, Christmas, Easter, Religious celebrations and everyday cards. Manufacturers include Simon Elvin, Tulip Greetings and Express Yourself.

Party Supplies
Our Nottingham branch has a whole building dedicated to party supplies, including latex and foil balloons, decorations, licensed party supplies and cake decorations. At Leeds there is a whole floor just with party supplies and Gateshead also carry a wide range of stock from all the major manufacturers including Qualatex, Amscan, Sempertex, Anagram, Unique Party, Gemar, Decotex, Grabo and APAC.

Gifts
All branches carry a large selection of gifts for special events such as Christenings, New Baby, and Weddings. Manufacturers include Widdop & Bingham and Lessor & Pavey.

Stationery
All branches have a good range of stationery to keep your office fully stocked with paper, pens, pencils, packing supplies, boxes, bags (paper and plastic) and bubble wrap. We also have children's stationery including pencil cases, colouring books and novelty erasers.
